Sidas Ski Ultrafit Socks

Ultrafit high-performance ski socks with a particularly thin construction allow maximum precision in the transfer of forces. Optimum performance is ensured by the non-slip band and the ultra-thin construction, the comfort of the merino wool blend.

The ski socks for expert skiers are ultrathin, woven with dense fibres (200 needles) and also completely smooth on the inside, without excess fibres. They provide maximum possible performance and comfort when skiing. These socks are very thin and adapt to the foot, so they function more like a second skin, so the skier feels the feedback from the ski boot precisely. Organic merino wool and recycled polyamide (EcoTech design) are used.

The Ski Ultrafit socks also promote blood circulation and stabilize the muscles thanks to the light compression (20 to 30 mmHg). This leads to faster recovery and better muscle protection as well as greater performance.

The accuracy of the force transfer depends on the thickness of the socks and the density about which they are knitted. In addition to a very thin and tightly woven construction, these also have an inner side carefully sewn so that no fibres protrude from it (In & Out construction). This makes them adapt great to the foot and don't cause blisters - the reinforcements on the sensitive areas of the foot also protect against these.

A silicone anti-slip strip on the foot improves foot contact with the insole and helps to better stability. The foot is thus in direct contact with the boot and this allows the skier a more precise transfer of forces.
