Return and exchange of goods

Our customers have the opportunity to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. We are aware that our range consists of clothes of different sizes and it is not easy to estimate the correct size without trying it on. We recommend that you carefully open the package and leave it as is, leaving the labels attached to the product until you are sure that the product fits you well. Try the correct size of the products on other clothes, not on the skin, if possible due to the nature of the goods. In the event that we receive a product that does not meet the conditions for return/exchange of goods (the product has been worn, washed, does not have a label, is not in the original packaging, is dirty or smells), we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange. The exception applies to goods packed in protective foil, which according to the law has hygiene restrictions - in our assortment these are socks and insoles for shoes. This product cannot be exchanged or returned after trying it on. Therefore, we recommend carefully choosing the right size before purchasing it.

To return or exchange, simply fill out the return form on this page (if sending the form doesn't work, please email us at info@sportheaters.com with a description of the returned item and the reason for the return/exchange). Then send us the goods either by:

GOODS RETURNED BY SLOVAK POST AS A LETTER OR PARCEL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS RETURNED !!!

The goods must be undamaged, unused, clean, in the original packaging and usable for resale with the attached packing slips.
